It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you to a newly established private limited company, namely SMN Job Private Limited (SMNJPL), which essentially aims at addressing the problems of unemployed youth by providing skills and competencies-based education and training, besides assisting in gainful employment in India and abroad. Our talents are in greater demand all over the world; with the implementation of NEP-2020, opportunities have multiplied due to the globalization of education, skills, and training to meet global job demand.
Furthermore, central and state governments, through their ministries and departments, are striving to establish India as a knowledge destination by ensuring availability of skilled and trained workforce. Basic skills provide exposure to a job domain, while advanced skills develop competencies necessary to improve productivity and quality of finished goods as industries demand. Most Indian states support strengthening skill centres in public and private sectors to enable grassroots populations to acquire skills, find employment, and ensure economic empowerment.
