The Government of Japan, through the Facilitator Group (MSNJPL), collaborates with Indian central or state agencies and private institutions.

Operational Steps:
1. Government of Japan sends manpower requisitions to Facilitator Group.
2. Facilitator forwards the request to Indian agencies/institutions to source candidates.
3. Facilitator conducts training and placement support for enrolled candidates.
4. Eligible trainees assessed by Japanese employers, then processed for WORK VISA.
5. Candidates/sponsors bear associated expenses and sign MoU with employers, ensuring transparency.
